Handle general administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing office supplies, and coordinating internal communication.
Organize and schedule meetings, events, and company-wide announcements. Design, implement, and oversee employee welfare programs (e.g., health and wellness initiatives, recreational activities, and employee engagement activities).
Monitor employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in welfare programs.
Address employee concerns related to welfare, benefits, and other workplace matters, ensuring timely resolutions.
Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and documentation for management. Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders such as government agencies, vendors, service providers, and unions.
Coordinate necessary compliance with external regulations (e.g., labor laws, health and safety compliance).
Represent the company during meetings with external parties or regulatory bodies when required.
