Job Description


Location : NoidaResponsibilities :- Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers to ensure recurring orders.- Identifying clients\' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.- Ensuring timely fulfillment of Order Management responsibilities which include Order Fulfilment, Payment Recovery, Return & Exchange, Price Updates- Managing Payment & Ledger by maintaining records on Payment inflow & outflows in all the key accounts and ensuring regular cash flows, timely payments and avoiding cases of bad debts.- Resolving daily customer complaints throughout the fulfilment cycle in timely manner.- Scheduling tech adoption training sessions for new accounts.- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction.Requirements :- Experience as a relationship manager, customer service, or a similar role.- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.- Ability to think logically & strategically- Good written & verbal communication skills- Team player- Customer-orientationQualifications : Graduate/Post graduate in any stream- Proficient in Microsoft Office.What We Do :- SupplyNote from the Adcount Technologies Pvt Ltd umbrella is a tech-startup that provides software and service solutions to food businesses, like restaurants, cloud kitchens, patisseries and alike.
