Roles And Responsibilities Manage and own the vendor acquisition & onboarding process from start to finish - Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns. Manage and own the venue acquisition & onboarding process from start to finish - Meeting with suitable venues to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns. Manage the vendor acquisition team to achieve objectives & goals. Team needs to go for field visits to venues, meeting with vendors, site visits with clients, arrange vendor-client meetings (planning meets, food tasting, site visits etc) Support the wedding planning team in finding the right vendors (based on client requirements), checking availability, collecting quotations, and handling negotiations for various events. Conducting research to identify market trends, price competency & service offerings to inform acquisition strategy & vendor negotiations. Work with wedding planners & vendors to expand service offerings & improve service quality. Required Candidate profile:- Minimum 2 - 4 years\' experience as Business development lead Language skills - English / Hindi Should be a very good communicator, highly sales-oriented and adept at people management Event management experience is a plus Hospitality experience is a plus
