About The Role As a Supply Chain Specialist you will contribute to Sirva success by managing the support functions of Supply Chain operations and be responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day supply chain business results are achieved. This role combines analysis and reporting along with hands-on application within each of the departments in Supply Chain to ensure excellence in the overall performance of the operations. The successful candidate will be handling back end support operations responsible for issue resolution and exception processing. The successful candidate will possess superior collaboration skills to successfully work with stakeholders including but not limited to Client Services, the greater Supply Chain Management teams and Client Accounting / Finance. What You\'ll Be Doing Maintain data integrity involving our supply chain network in a timely maintenance with empahsis on driving consistency and accuracy Manage and resolve queries and escalations on timely basis. Need to be a team player with excellent ownership. Perform tasks in accordance with any statutory or legal requirements. Ensure all resolutions and processing are in line with the process and rules of engagement. Communicate at regular intervals to the stakeholders advising on the status of the request. Save all departmental documents electronically in an easy to retrieve location and adhere to a paperless environment. Recommend process improvements changes based on business objectives. Particpate in projects and / or tasks as assigned by supervisors. The position provides backup and support to key positions within the supply chain team. You will demonstrate strong skills in attention to details, time management, and data analysis. Bachelor\'s Degree preferred 3 years\' experience in business operations process/ Freshers with good Supply chain knowledge Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Knowledge of relocation industry will be an added advantage International experience will be an added advantage Demonstrate high levels of supply chain excellence Experience in multichannel communication environment Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to collaborate successfully with employees from other departments.
