Order Fulfillment

Designation: Supply chain specialist
Shift Timing : Night Shift (7 pm to 4 am)
Experience : 1 -4 yrs

1 year of experience into Supply Chain experience is preferred

• Order Execution : Pre-Shipment Activities
  

• Maintain the Order Tracker depicting current status of Order
• Monitor and take actions for orders with unchanged status > 48 Hours
• Proactive flag raising to Disty (copying L2) for expected delay
• Coordinate with forwarders/logistics partner for timely shipment pickup
• Tracking document status (if needed) between HQ and LPs
• Providing expected freight cost for shipment

• 
  Order Execution : Post-Shipment Activities
  

• Provide shipment advice as standard to ditsy frequently asking for serial numbers
• Keep tracking and update status in Tracker for shipment on other than Ex-works term
• Sorting out custom clearance related issues at origin and destination customs
• Notify completion of Revenue Recognition to the processing team
• Resolving queries around short/partial/damaged shipments
• Resolving Orders in Error in system
• Coordinate with Disty for serial numbers causing failed HW request error
• Update system with return delivery of appliances (fresh returns)

• 
  Inventory & Invoicing Process
• Stock reconciliation of Fresh and Non-Fresh Inventory on monthly basis
• Adhere to 2 hours resolve or respond criteria.
• Review and process supplier invoices

• Highly objective oriented
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word-Excel-PowerPoint) is a must.
• Must be willing to work in shifts

Academics

• Full Time MBA from a reputed Business School

• 
  Exposure to International Business and Trade term preferred
