Job Description
- Ramp-up the supply chain and operations consulting practice.
- Sell and deliver large transformation projects across supply chain, manufacturing and procurement.
- Lead and grow the team.
- Author the thought leadership articles.
- Manage client relationships.
- 15-20 years of experience in management and digital consulting of Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing areas with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales.
- A bachelor\'s degree is required; MBA is strongly preferred.
- Program managed large business transformation projects.
- Has a sound knowledge and understanding of digital applications like Blue Yonder/ Kinaxis/ Siemens OpCenter/ Proficy/ Ariba/ Coupa/ SAP/ Oracle.
- Experience in
- Designing solutions using Industry 4.0, AI/ML, GenAI, R, Python, data analytics.
- Worked and RFPs and Solution design.
- Managed client relationships.
