Hiring For Supply Chain manager - Coimbatore(Pappampetti) Experience :1-3years Job Roles And Responsibilities As a Supply chain Manager, he will be managing the logistics team to ensures that the product is delivered in a timely & efficient manner. Work with internal fulfillment team to track, problem solve issues. Assist in ideating and implementing new processes to prevent issues and improve operations Monitor inventory levels to ensure product is arriving and orders are being fulfilled in a timely manner, consistent with communicated customer timelines Collaborate with vendors to ensure deadlines are met and all issues are effectively communicated and resolved Produce and distribute frequent receiving, shipping, and inventory reports, including trouble shooting and resolving issues Supervising daily exercises of transportation groups and providing guidance Negotiate prices with service providers, negotiate contract terms and supervise their performance for warehouse operations and deliveries Will be responsible for organizing the delivery partners Ensure the orders are delivered on time Ensure the cash on delivery are collected and validated Reviewing and applying best practices to establish frameworks Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities Job Requirements 1-3 years of experience working e-commerce preferably in logistics Any Bachelor Degree Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with many individuals and teams, including many different personalities. Ability to comfortably manage multiple projects at a time, while staying on deadline and sustaining quality of work. Identify and set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and department initiatives Proactive and adept problem solver ability to come up with inventive solutions on the fly. Detail-oriented and organized.
