• Maintain all logistic and planning infrastructure in the system to ensure correct data is used for planning.
• Work with suppliers to obtain the data, update the system, control our CMs data base, raise and close gaps.
• Close collaboration with the HQ operation teams.
• Maintenance of PN database for all Buy/Sell parts: MOQ/MPQ, LT, Logistic data base - pick up country/shipment method/ packing info per shipping method/units per container
• Other planning parameters
• Data collections for Non Buy/Sell parts to control CMs data and raise gaps (LT, MOQ)
• Maintenance of other planning fields in Priority/Oracle/Iscore:
• Default shipping method per item and per CM
• Planner and Buyer (per provided matrix)
• Set up of new parts released with all above fields (from NPI stage)
• Future ECOs/DEVs/alternatives maintenance
• Daily Iscore run validation & CM FC implementation status\xe2\x80\x93 send out warning sign
• Raise, highlight and correct abnormalities, such as FC control and Delta analysis.
• Maintain Dashboards (Exposure/Dashboard/Safety stock/ECOs/DEV, FC)
• Ensure tasks are met on time.
• Meet KPIs, identify areas for improvement and implement process improvement projects, from idea to implementation.

Requirements:

• BSC in Industrial Engineering Management- university preferred.
• Experience of 4+ years as a Planner/SC specialist at a multidisciplinary company
• Management experience - a must!
• Proven knowledge of manufacturing/logistics/planning processes
• Excellent fluent English-Read/Write and Speaking
• Excellent knowledge in MS-office
• Highly motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
• Experience with Agile system and ERP systems, Oracle/Priority preferred.
• Fast learner, Independent and autodidact
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Capable of working under stress and set priority of all open tasks.
• A team player with the ability to train and motivate.
