Desirable Skills Graduate/ Post Graduate in Science discipline preferably with Diploma/PG in SCM/ MBA with 10+ years of experience Good mix of experience in procurement, supply chain & techno commercial background. Experience in sourcing, Procurement, Purchase, materials management and commercial functions for Raw materials, chemicals, intermediates, Equipments. Well-versed in Excise audit, accounting and statutory compliance procedures. Experienced in negotiating with suppliers, bidding for contracts and executing deals, and development of supply chain. Should be a good leader, with expertise of align cross functional team towards delivery. Extensive experience in procurement and outsourcing the process wherever necessary within the organization. Problem solving at a strategic level, working with others to reach a resolution. Good leadership skills. IT literate and trained with software tools like ERP. Job Responsibilities Provide support for managing the Supply chain, Logistics and warehouse operations and mentoring the team in implementing various strategies. Preparing purchase order and maintaining necessary stock records to track the movement of goods in compliance with internal/external agencies to meet necessary audit checks. Field duty with regard to inquiries, negotiations and procurement material, maintain the records of road permits and documents as per ISO procedure. Monitoring the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan. Capturing project metrics, which includes project profitability/loss, success & failure analysis as well as implementation of corrective & preventive actions. Development of alternative local sources for imported raw materials which helps in cost saving. Finalization of Capex, Spares and planning for the division. MIS monthly /quarterly /annually Analyzing and improving the delivery timelines both Imports & Exports. Monitoring inventory maintenance and complaints. Cross checking reports on procurement and usage of material. Cost saving proposal for business through new innovation thoughts. Best practices Implementation for Organization. Representing the department in the group meetings and Leadership meetings. Ensure an achievement of optimal resource utilization and EBITDA of the dept.
