- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns related to supply chain operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to meet client demands.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and address client feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to suggest innovative solutions for client challenges.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and client satisfaction metrics for management review.
- Good Knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management or client relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively liaising with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting supply chain data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
