Dispatch & Logistics arrangement for Finished Goods 1. Plan daily dispatch as per the sales plan 2. Supervise delivery vehicle checking \xef\x82\xb7 For documentation such License, Vehicle insurance, Driver license, other RTO documentation \xef\x82\xb7 For quality of vehicle (Specially look for conditions which can damage the dispatch material) 3. Send Warehouse inventory to concerned as per Grade, quality, quantity. 4. Check dispatch documents against checklist 5. Check dispatch material is properly packed 6. Check labeling and required marking of the FG(Finished Goods) 7. Determine delivery route as per delivery schedule 8. Update on daily basis for the FG in transit 9. Confirm FG delivery with Sales 10. Share LR details with the Sales department 11. Dispatch FG as per customer specification \xef\x82\xb7 Palletization \xef\x82\xb7 Fumigation \xef\x82\xb7 Container \xef\x82\xb7 Jumbo Bag etc. 12. Negotiations with the transporters for rates 13. Getting final approval for fixing the transport for dispatch. 14. Arranging the warehouse according to LIFO/FIFO method. 15. Transporter bill verification and forward to concerned for payment 16. Handling of loading and unloading of vehicle 17. Update LR received list 18. Calculation of Vehicle loading capacity (Number of Drums, Bags etc.) 19. Update MIS and send to the concerned stakeholders as per the format. Procurement of Raw Material 1. Daily Material consumption tracking and MIS 2. Material procurement schedule and reorder 3. Material inward as per SOP 4. Supervising stacking of RM as per the process and safety parameters 5. Checking RM invoice against Material received and coordinating for payment Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9258,331.24 - 9600,000.00 per year Schedule:
