• Cost comparison & analysis

• Responsibilities- L2 level

• Understand the cost reduction requirements by coordinating with project lead
• Support estimation & scheduling
• Able to communicate to supplier to get quotation
• Able to perform should cost analysis
• Active participations in technical meetings (Daily & weekly meeting)
• Coordinate & able to raise technical queries.
• Preparation of technical presentations
• Adhere to check sheets, trackers & folder structures
• Maintain & track the project status & reports
• Support of peer review of deliverables
• Idea sharing & active participation in brainstorming sessions

Work Experience

• Required skillset
• Must have (L2 level)

• Knowledge of supply chain management for metallic & non-metallic parts
• Good Knowledge of primary Manufacturing process & secondary processes like Surface treatments, heat treatment, Testing.
• Working experience of Should cost analysis with good knowledge of Material, machine, cutting tool, other manufacturing overheads
• Good drawing reading & GD &T
• Good communication skill
• Working experience in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point Presentations

• Good to have (L2 level)

• Good SolidWorks, AutoCAD inventor or other CAD proficiency
• Proficiency in Power BI, SAP, PLM is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Should costing tools like Boothroyd, Apriori
