- Generate P.O. in-house-house and send it to the suppliers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Regular follow-up with suppliers on the delivery dates.
- Visit suppliers on monthly basis to take the updates (If require)
- Update all group companies on delivery dates and goods readiness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reconcile Open orders on regular basis vs dispatches.
- Give monthly forecasts to logistics for goods readiness.
- MIS of orders \xe2\x80\xa2 Suggest solutions for process improvements
- Analyse group inventories and suggest improvements to avoid excess stock
- Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements
- Coordinate with Logistics for smooth functioning of shipments \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaboration with cross-functional team
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
