• Minimum 3 years' experience in ERP, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Experience working in multinational or multicultural environments with leadership roles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with advanced English proficiency.
• Proactive, ethical, and highly organized, with a passion for teamwork and mentoring.
• Preferred MBA or project management certification is a plus.
