As a Supply Chain Effectiveness Lead, you will be reporting to the Global Head of Operations Effectiveness and Improvements. Your primary objective in the role is to align our planning, logistics, sourcing & procurement resources in achieving strategic alignment and process improvements.

You will lead & execute projects in the supply chain for which solutions are unknown and involve complex processes and multiple stakeholders. You will work with leaders & responsible people to develop logistics, procurement/sourcing, and planning to align annual goals, improvement plans, and measurements.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and will develop and execute a list of high-priority projects for improvement which will have a significant impact on Supply Chain capabilities.

You will institutionalise the most optimal processes for problem-solving and will develop training and framework for process standardisation and kaizen process improvements that lead to lower inventory, reduced waste, and better connectedness while meeting the customer DIFOT.

Key Technical Criteria:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Engineering or Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Science
• Experience in Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence / Supply Chain Role / Industrial Engineering
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Certification in the use of Lean Tools
• Experience supporting Supply Chain Processes in Global manufacturing organisation
• Demonstrated project management experience

This role can be based in Coimbatore, India, or Australia.
