We are looking for a competent Supply Chain Analyst to work on and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution & shipment of goods. A great asset for a Coordinator is their communication and negotiation skills. They are also well-versed in supply management principles and practices. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency. The Ideal Candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach. Responsibilities 1. Coordinate and monitor purchase and procurement 2. Interact with suppliers for contracts and shipments and Customer Relationship Management. 3. interact with internal teams to ensure shipments and deliveries are conducted as scheduled 4. Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures 5. Communicate with suppliers, warehouse teams, customers etc. to ensure smooth shipment and release. 6. Keep logs and records of shipments. 7. Ensure delivery of material to warehouses worldwide and to customers 8. Warehouse Management 9. Use internal ERP SAP software 10. Prepare accurate reports for upper management. 11. Ensure financial Management with Accounts. Requirements 1. Experience as purchase/ procurement field 2. Experience in customer service will be appreciated 3. Knowledge of laws of supply chain management 4. Ability to work with supervision and track multiple processes 5. Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP) 6. Well versed in communicated over emails and phone. 7. Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
