Job Overview TE Connectivity\'s Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals. Responsibilities: Functional SME for Material master, responsible for creating and maintaining all material master data objects including Materials, BOMs, Routers, Maintaining Master data for other SAP PRM objects as may be defined from time to time This position supports all business functions by ensuring master data integrity in all views as well as maintaining the processes to deliver accurate Material Master data. . Contribute to the development of business processes to sustain and improve the quality of data received whilst proactively driving a \'right first time\' culture in relation to data governance. Co-ordinate with Document Control Administrators and Requestors in the maintenance of all Quality controlled fields. Analyze and troubleshoot data-related problems ensure business continuity Manage & analyse data requests in a timely manner for compliance, accuracy and completeness Ensure compliance to TE policies on material master creation Ensure all timelines and deadlines are adhered to Other ad-hoc tasks as required. Candidate Desired Profile: Previous experience with SAP Master Data (preferably Material Master) in a medical manufacturing environment is essential A thorough understanding of data requirements and governance in Material Master, BOM, Routing etc 3rd level qualification preferred (certificate, diploma or degree) in business, engineering or related field. Methodical with an excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills and demonstrated ability to build close working relationships with other functions (on site and virtually), team members and management Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Experience of MS office with advanced Excel skills Proactive, willingness to learn and demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks and meet deadlines Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation EOE, Including Disability/Vets
