Currently operational in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, New Delhi and Gurugram, Noida and Kolkata we have plans to expand to various other cities in the country.

Responsibilities 1.Assisting our stakeholders in onboarding new delivery partners on our platform. 2.Managing communication between the company and its partner community. 3.Building efficiency in support processes by improving partner experience. 4.Rider Lifecycle management at Dunzo Daily Stores. 5.Live operations and tracking. 6.Supply demand matching for efficient partner utilization at DD Stores. 7.Order Delay tracking & RCA 8.
