In this role, you will be part of an exciting Global team - Supplier Anti - Corruption Team which is part of Global Business Services. The team is responsibleto engage with the Suppliers and Procurement Team to ensure that the Suppliers Nokia engages with are Compliant as per the laws and Company policies (primarily as per Anti - Corruption Laws and Sanctions). What you will learn and contribute to Principally using a Third-Party Screening Tool, the Compliance Manager assesses Supplier compliance risk performs due diligence to identify and investigate any real or potential issues and works with the Supplier and Procurement stakeholders to resolve those issues or identify mitigating actions to the degree necessary. As part of our team, you will: For new Suppliers, works with the Supplier Data Management Team (SDM) to ensure that during supplier system set-up, materials are conveyed to the Supplier that explain and require completion of the Third-Party Screening Tool (TPST). For existing suppliers, conveys materials to the Supplier that explain completion of the TPSTwhere necessary. . Works with Suppliers to address any issues/questions related to completing the TPST. Follows up in a timely manner to ensure completion takes place. . Follows the Supplier Anti- Corruption Screening Process to evaluate Supplier compliance risk by assessing Supplier responses, identifying and investigating issues and working to resolve those issues. This may involve, but is not limited to: Identifying compliance issues (\'red flags\') Performing due diligence to investigate and clearly define issues and gaps. This may include, but is not limited to gathering information on the Supplier from secondary sources, as well as from the Supplier itself scheduling/hosting meetings with the Supplier and/or other Nokia stakeholders. Working with the Supplier and Nokia stakeholders to resolve issues or reach consensus on mitigating actions. This may involve but is not limited to following up to generate ideas for resolution or mitigation hosting meetings with the Supplier and/or Nokia stakeholders. Following up to verify Supplier claims/attestations by reviewing demonstrable evidence. Approving or rejecting (or taking other actions) a Supplier, based on the review of relevant documents, research and analysis of corruption risks and further assessment of the significance of red flags for corruption or illegal or unacceptable business practices. Communicates among all parties as necessary and appropriate. Documents, compiles and maintains documentation gathered at all stages of the due diligence for future reference. Training the internal stakeholders on the Anti- Corruption processes/ policies or regulations, as necessary. Your skills and experience You have: Minimum professional experience of at least 10 years. Masters or equivalent in Law, Economics, Accounting, Audit or Business Administration etc. Proactive Approach and Detailed Oriented mindset. Ability to work & manage independently with different stakeholders. Team player & excellent communicator across different geographies. Able to work with Ambiguities.
