Operational Management

Daily Oversight:

Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of stall staff to ensure efficient and seamless operations.

Inventory Control:

Manage inventory levels, estimate and order necessary ingredients and supplies, and implement waste reduction procedures.

Quality Control:

Monitor the quality, presentation, and portion control of all sweets and snacks to ensure they meet established standards.

Menu Planning:

Assist in planning or updating menu offerings, considering costs and customer preferences.

Equipment Maintenance:

Ensure all food preparation equipment (e.g., fryers, ovens, display cases) is in good working condition and arrange for maintenance or repairs as needed.
Staff Supervision and Training

Scheduling and Task Assignment:

Create work schedules and assign duties to staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.

Training and Development:

Train new and existing employees on job duties, customer service standards, and safety procedures.

Leadership and Motivation:

Supervise, motivate, and mentor the team to foster a positive work environment and enhance overall performance.

Performance Management:

Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and address any disciplinary issues or conflicts among staff.
Health, Safety, and Compliance

Sanitation Standards:

Ensure strict compliance with all local health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including personal hygiene guidelines for staff.

Inspections:

Conduct regular inspections of the preparation and serving areas to identify and resolve potential problems and prepare for health inspections.

Safety Protocols:

Implement safety protocols and conduct regular training or drills to ensure a safe working environment.
Customer Service and Sales

Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are met at all times.

Complaint Resolution:

Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, taking appropriate action to resolve issues.

Sales and Marketing:

Monitor sales data, implement promotions, and suggest ways to improve the stall's image and drive sales.
Administrative Duties

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, wastage, and employee hours.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

Assist in managing budgets and controlling costs, including food and labor costs, to ensure profitability.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, inventory levels, and personnel matters to management.
