Making monthly plan for service technicians on the priority of customers.
?Train the technician on essential technical parameters and provide support.
?Monitor the trials inputs-outputs and provide accurate report to sales executive.
?To visit key customers for monitor the product performance as per requirement.
?To coordinate the monthly report is submitted to the customers with the help of back office.
?Collect the samples from various customers as per scheduled for lab testing and submit the report
to customers.
?Prepare monthly plan of coolant, filtration and changeover as per customer requirement.
?To map the customer\xe2\x80\x99s shop floor for our products.
?Communicate information about up-sale and down-sale of products.
?Update to management about competitors information and new projects from time to time.
?Ensure discipline of technicians at customers end.
?Conduct the audit for coolant management system and maintain the documents.
?Prepare, maintain, and submit the report and records to concern persons.
?To upgrade self on tools, technology and domain knowledge of product.
?To ensure safety norms, equipment and policies are followed while working within the premises of
customers.
?To resolve technicians and customers issues.
