We\'re looking for a Supervisor Service Quality in India who will be responsible in managing and improving incident management processes.
Responsibilities
Improving the incident management process;
Control over the time of incidents\' resolution and its quality;
Responding to inquiries from law enforcement agencies;
Reduction of negative consequences and reputational damage, if the incident did occur;
Checking calls on incidents and assessing quality department employees;
Providing trainings for agents;
Give an assistance to specialists in making decisions on incidents;
Qualifications
Competent verbal and written communication.
Knowledge of English, Hindi
PC knowledge at the confident user level;
Developed communication skills;
Initiative, independence, focus on the result, the ability to bring things to a close;
Ability to work with large amounts of information, multitasking;
Organizational skills;
Management skills;
Friendliness, tactfulness and resistance to stress, patience
Work experience in a similar position.
