We\'re looking for a Supervisor Service Quality in India who will be responsible in managing and improving incident management processes.
Responsibilities
- Improving the incident management process;
- Control over the time of incidents\' resolution and its quality;
- Responding to inquiries from law enforcement agencies;
- Reduction of negative consequences and reputational damage, if the incident did occur;
- Checking calls on incidents and assessing quality department employees;
- Providing trainings for agents;
- Give an assistance to specialists in making decisions on incidents;
Qualifications
- Competent verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi
- PC knowledge at the confident user level;
- Developed communication skills;
- Initiative, independence, focus on the result, the ability to bring things to a close;
- Ability to work with large amounts of information, multitasking;
- Organizational skills;
- Management skills;
- Friendliness, tactfulness and resistance to stress, patience
- Work experience in a similar position.
