Responsible for the overall maintenance, security and development of the School estate including buildings, play grounds, gardens and open space.
Responsible for overall security of the estate, maintaining adequate and timely supply of utilities like electricity, water etc for the school buildings, staff quarters, hostel etc.
Ensure proper upkeep of the buildings and gardens. Initiate action for timely repair and maintenance of Estate properties including buildings, vehicles, equipment etc.
Make arrangements for timely payment of essential service bills. Overview the special events and functions in the premises.
