Allocate tasks to technicians and monitor productivity.
Ensure timely vehicle service, repair quality, and on-time delivery.
Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain safety standards, tools, and equipment.
Coordinate with Parts Department for spare availability.
Prepare daily reports, job cards, and performance updates.
