General Information:

Industrial engineering is an engineering profession that is concerned with the optimization of complex processes, systems, or organizations by developing, improving, and implementing integrated systems of people, money, knowledge, information and equipment. Industrial engineering is central to manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

Planning and implementing yearly Capex projects as well as factory expansion to ensure that the companies\' facilities are functional and enhance manufacturing capability inline with future market requirement.

Coordinate improvement projects across different functions.

Develops common processes, tools and practices aimed at technical excellence.

Assessing processes, systems and operations to identify areas in which resources are wasted and areas in which improvements can be made to improve quality.

Reducing waste by coordinating materials, machines and labor and creating systems that are more efficient in relation to energy consumption, cost and product quality.

Responsible for new product implementation (NPI), transfer of products (ToP) and design-to-value projects (DTV) with coordination of global expert.

Conducting analysis to determine how technology can improve processes or save time and money.

Participate in cross-functional teams during projects supporting fulfilment strategy, including implementation of technology and material handling solutions within fulfilment operations.

Designs and implements optimal station layouts that support the operator, define proper workplaces, material handling and tools.

Coordinate with global factories to adopt and implement benchmark practices/Engineering solution.

Requirement:

BE Mechanical Engineering as Educational Qualification

With experience of 2-3 Years in relevant field.

Tool Experience with AUTO CAD proficiency .

Good Communication skills.
