Educational Qualification:
Diploma in Engineering/ Practical experience
Experience:
1 to 3 Years for diploma / 8-15 years for non diploma

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
The incumbent must have basic Knowledge of civil construction. To handle Supervision of civil works to progress & quality.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Financial
Execution
- Supervisor of Civil Works like brick work, R.C.C. Plastering, Flooring, interiors etc
Customer Oriented
Contractor Payment
- To check petty contractor’s bills and forward the same for approval and payment.
- Coordination with Various agencies like Civil Contractor, air conditioning, electrical , planning etc. for maintenance jobs
- Arranging Of Labour, materials for petty job.
People Oriented
Quantity Surveying
- Measurement of materials, quality checking of material, maintaining records etc.
Internal Business Process
Material Procurement
- To arrange materials with the help of central purchase.
- Measurement of materials, quality checking of material, maintaining records etc
