This includes a demonstrated knowledge of: . Skills o Collaborative, team execution personnel o Strong communicators o Familiarity with Lean execution techniques, Work Face Planning, or CII standards o Commitment to Safety & Quality . Compliance knowledge including o Clean Build protocols o ISO level area classifications o Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations & documentation practices . Various building types including o Labs o Single-use facilities o Cell & gene therapy facilities o Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facilities o Fill/finish and packaging facilities o ASRS warehousing and automated facilities o Food & Beverage facilities . Project Types: o Greenfield o Brownfield o Retrofit / Shutdown This position performs work requiring advanced knowledge which is predominantly intellectual in character and which routinely exercises discretion and judgment. The advanced knowledge is in a field of science or learning and gained through a prolonged course of specialized intellectual instruction, experience, and expertise acquired in the field. A Construction Support Supervisor I plans and performs work requiring sound engineering judgment in the evaluation, organization, and execution of assignments. Independently provides specialized, state-of-the-art construction and technical advice, support, and recommendations, which have a significant impact on construction activities. Solves complex construction and technical problems as well as identifies and organizes objectives and requirements. Implements and executes Construction support activities on Fluor projects worldwide. Initiate and maintain contacts and liaison with engineering and management as well as individuals, organizations, and companies with special knowledge, expertise, and services pertaining to technical and construction matters within a particular field of expertise . Supervise and coordinate the activities of other construction support personnel . Develop methods, techniques, and procedures for the implementation and trouble shooting of special construction discipline work processes . Communicate and interact with all levels of craft, supervision, and management on Fluor construction sites . Support projects that are located in the office and in the field . Review project schedules and assists in development of work plans to support project milestones . Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines . Organize and prioritize a variety of assignments and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines . Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards . Adhere to and support Fluor\'s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies . Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job . May need to travel to attend to business related matters . Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality . Other duties as assigned Basic Job Requirements . Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and eight (8) years. of work-related experience or a or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twelve (12) years. if non-degreed some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements . Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to, coworkers, management, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors . Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job . Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines . Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Preferred Qualifications . Possess problem solving, organizational, and conflict resolution skills . Extensive understanding of construction operations and support functions . Ability to collaborate and adapt to changing conditions . Capable of performing constructability assignments in the office(s) and/or at the site .
