Role Description This full-time, on-site Supervisor role is located in Hyderabad and is responsible for overseeing poultry farm workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing bird health, monitoring productivity, and maintaining accurate records. The Supervisor will also collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and maintenance to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and driving production goals. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in poultry or agriculture management, or relevant field Solid understanding of poultry farm operations, including flock management, nutrition, and biosecurity protocols Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated experience in managing a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while managing multiple responsibilities Experience with record-keeping software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Poultry Science, Animal Science or related field is a plus
