Job Description
- Good knowledge of English and Hindi /1 regional language(Guajarati)- Positive, initiative driven and passionate about sales- Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated- Ambitious, flexible, hardworking, high learning orientation- Excellent communication and presentation skills - particularly in English and spoken Hindi and Guajarati- Knowledge of Customer retention/Telemarketing/Tele calling/Inside Sales/Lead generation.- Efficient organizer, motivator, team player with the capability to negotiate & analyze.- Must be a good team player and be goal oriented.- Ambitious and flexible.- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed- Enter and update customer information in the database (ref:updazz.com)
