Role Expectations:- Planning and executing the strategy for best possible impact- Media relations, PR Agencies (leveraging), Internal teams- Vendor management- Visibility for the brand and leadership team- Impact assessment and reporting Role Deliverables :1. Executing & implementing communication plans that include digital & social media channels, PR and niche communications to increase the visibility and understanding of the organization\'s vision2. Identify and Maintain media relationships with print, electronic, online journalists and other relevant influencers for the brand ; maintain media lists for relevant beats3. Explore new media contacts to build and maintain an effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging through earned media platforms4. Constantly exploring relevant industry stories for the brand5. End-to-end execution of product launches, media seeding activities, campaign launches & store launches among its target audience and stakeholders6. Draft communication material in purview of PR activities7. Co-ordinate with external PR Agency & internal teams8. Scouting and executing various public relations activities for the product, brand and leader of the company in line with the yearly/monthly PR calendar9. Promoting SUGAR as a brand recall on various earned media platforms (Online & Offline)10. Scouting, identifying and applying for award opportunities and relevant speakership opportunities for all CXOs of the organization.11. Maintaining media opportunity and coverage grids12. Drafting monthly calendars and measuring impact of the activities13. Tracking and monitoring brand, CXOs, competition and competition CXOs conversation in the media. (ref:updazz.com)
