1.End to end single-handed delivery of respective modules beginning with requirement gathering till lessons learned.
2.Implementation & support for Employee Central module. Should have sound knowledge on various integrations options available for Integrating SuccessFactors with SAP ERP or other SuccessFactors partner solutions.
3. Manage the relationship with the internal customer and be the "Primary Face" to the Partner throughout the implementation process
4. Proficient in analysing and translating business requirements to functional/technical requirements. Providing best-practice guidance on HR processes
5. Ensuring that all standards and processes are adhered to for any deliverables produced;
6. Performing functional and technical consulting as well as project management;
7. Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors\' product-suite
8. Incident management, and change management.
9. Manage workstreams including monitoring for project issues
Functional & Technical Competencies:
1.Experience on complete Employee Central module including Position Management, Time Off, RBP, Data models, Custom MDFs, AdHoc and Advanced Reports.
2. Understanding of overall SF and SAP HCM and their architecture
3. Knowledge of SaaS integration architecture design principles and common HCM integration design
4. Programming skills in XML, HTML, CSS, and SQL will be highly advantageous
5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
6. Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
7. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
