We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and experienced
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
in
Insurance Sales
to support our sales team, enhance process efficiency, and drive performance excellence. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in life, health, and/or general insurance products, as well as hands-on experience in sales strategy, customer engagement, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the go-to expert for insurance sales processes, products, and best practices.
Support sales teams by providing guidance on product positioning, objection handling, and compliance.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve team performance and product knowledge.
Develop and maintain training materials, FAQs, and sales scripts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Compliance) to ensure consistent communication and execution of sales strategies.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
Provide support in new product launches and ensure sales teams are well-prepared to promote them.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
3-5 years of experience in insurance sales or training, with strong product knowledge (Motor, Health, or General Insurance).
Proven track record of achieving or supporting sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with IRDAI regulations and compliance guidelines.
Ability to train, coach, and motivate large sales teams.

Pay: ?10,589.02 - ?40,000.00 per month
