The Student Services Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with students, student counseling, customer service, student financial aid, and education. Qualifications Strong communication skills Experience in student counseling and customer service Knowledge of student financial aid Education experience Ability to work well under pressure and multitask Excellent problem-solving skills Bachelor\'s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field Experience working with international students is a plus
