1. Ensure a delightful customer service experience by developing a strong rapport with the Student & Parents. 2. Addressing the concerns of Students & Parents by offering a quick resolution. 3. Collaborate and consult with parents, teachers, branch head and any other stakeholders to ensure a favourable learning environment for the student. 4. Ensure collection of outstanding fee from parents within the specified time. 5. Ensure retention of Students and controlling Left-outs. 6. Collaborate with ACAD and Non ACAD teams, to manage all class announcements, notice board maintenance & Parent Teacher Meeting Coordination. 7. Ensure adherence to internal process and compliances.
