Required Skills:
*Looking for experienced candidates with skills of Support / Operations work from the ed-tech industry. *Excellent command over English Language (Writing & Speaking) and Fluency in Hindi. *Proficient in using MS Office(Word, Excel, PPT), Basic Knowledge of Computers, Good Typing Speed, Decent knowledge of the social media platforms. *A Quick learner and a good team mate. *Ability to learn and work in a team.Experience: Candidates working in the education industry in this job profile for 1+ years.

*Student Management: Taking the student queries over the call and briefing them about our course offerings (via calls) and maintaining call records as well; Handling support requests of the students via calls and emails;
*Content Management: Handling the backend activities: Uploading of the content made on a day to day basis; Updating them on all the social media platforms; editing videos using various softwares; Keeping a backup of all the study material on a day-to-day basis;
*Co-ordinating mock interviews, Toppers Interview with the selected students and maintaining a record of the same;
* Working on MS Office on daily basis.Job Location: Panchkula, Haryana

Experience: Relevant experience of 1 year or above is required in ed-tech companies.Selection Procedure:
