Follow up on payments and ensure fees are collected within the defined timelines.
Look after the complete student process from first inquiry to post-admission support.
Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for students and their families.
Handle questions and complaints efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
Follow all company procedures and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth daily operations.
