Maintain consistent
follow-ups with prospective students and parents
to ensure high conversion rates.
Ensure
timely collection of fees and outstanding payments
as per organizational guidelines.
Manage the
entire student lifecycle
including enquiry handling, admission, onboarding, documentation, and post-admission support.
Deliver an exceptional
customer service experience
by building strong relationships with students and parents.
Address
concerns and queries promptly
and ensure quick resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Ensure strict
adherence to internal processes, compliance policies, and reporting systems
.
