Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
Provide complete information about course content, duration, fees, batches, and certifications.
Lead Management
Handle walk-ins, phone enquiries, and online leads.
Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.
Maintain accurate data of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or Excel.
Admissions & Coordination
Assist students with the admission process, form filling, and documentation.
Coordinate with faculty, telecallers, and management for batch updates.
Schedule and organize counselling sessions, demo classes, and orientation.
Target Achievement
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Participate in promotional activities and seminars when required.
Customer Service
Provide after-admission support and maintain relationships with students.
Address student concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work confidently with students and parents.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
Qualification & Experience:
Graduation in any field; education background preferred.
1-3 years of experience in student counselling/admissions.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
