PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

Provide guidance to students on academic programs, career options, and study pathways (domestic & international). Counsel students and parents on admission processes, course selection, and university/college options. Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses/institutions based on interests, qualifications, and budget. Assist students with application procedures, documentation, and visa requirements. Organize and conduct counseling sessions, seminars, and information workshops. Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and academic institutions. Maintain updated knowledge of universities, programs, scholarships, and admission deadlines. Track student progress and follow up on applications until successful admission/enrollment. Maintain records of student inquiries, counseling sessions, and conversions. Meet assigned targets for student admissions/enrollments. Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
