With over 120 professionals in India together with our global team of experts, we work alongside our customers on the world\'s most prestigious building and industrial projects. We\'ve contributed to notable projects like \xe2\x80\x9cCopenhagen airport - Terminal 3 Airside extension\xe2\x80\x9d and LEGO Manufacturing Facility plant in US, Vietnam, and China\xe2\x80\x9d, highlighting our commitment to excellence in buildings and addressing the growing demands of our international business. As a Specialist, you will report to the Head of Building Structures, in India.Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop feasibility/concept studies, prepare project design basis, and detailed design of Structural Engineering services in buildings and industrial projects as per client requirement.
  • Lead the entire design process involved in all design phases of the project, as per client requirements and in accordance with standard codes.
  • Lead team of engineers in analysis, design, and detailing of (medium/large size) concrete and steel structures and support junior staff in their career development.
  • Prepare an activity-time-resource plan for a project, maintain a log of the estimated time to complete the project, maintain a document control plan for the design deliverables, and ensure all project KPIs are met while making the final delivery.
  • Lead a team of engineers with advanced technical accuracy, monitor the delegated task, track the deadlines, identify the potential risk in design, and flag additional resource requirements to the Discipline Lead.
  • Do project coordination across disciplines and offer sustainable solutions on the interface comments/issues.
  • Review and certify the design deliverables made to counterpart.
  • Lead the internal meetings with counterpart discipline lead/PM, update the project progress, explain, and agree on major design decisions & disseminate information within the team.

  • Masters in Structural Engineering from a recognized Institute with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the design of RCC, steel and precast, and composite structures. Experience from an international engineering consultant firm will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in technical structural software like ROBOT/FEM design, ETABS, and SAFE. Knowledge of REVIT Structure and Navisworks will be preferred, but not essential.
  • Knowledge of International Codes related to Structural Engineering - EURO(EN), BS.EN, ACI, AISE Standards.
  • Proven track record of technical delivery of challenging structural engineering design projects both within the team and under own initiative
  • Good, project management skills with strong communication and willingness to learn new advancements in the design industry.
  • A sound understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential.
