Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Structural Sales Manager
to lead our sales operations for structural steel products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling structural items such as
MS Angles, Channels, Steel Plates, Beams, Joists
, and related materials. This role requires strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the construction, fabrication, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for structural steel products.
Identify new business opportunities and manage key customer accounts.
Promote and sell structural items including
MS Angles, Channels, Steel Plates, Beams, and Joists
.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.
Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with contractors, fabricators, consultants, and end-users.
Provide post-sales support and ensure repeat business through excellent customer service.
Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
Requirements:
7-8 years
of proven experience in
structural steel sales
.
Mechanical Engineering
background preferred.
Strong understanding of structural products and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
