:

• Perform and / or supervise the engineering design and analysis to support the transportation and installation of offshore structures including design of installation aids.
• Perform structural installation and other related engineering.
• Rigging Analysis & Design for Heavy Lifts
• Sea fastening analysis & design for offshore structure transportation /Loadout
• Barge Deck Strength for offshore installation operation
• Cargo barge deck strength check for heavy loadout
• Pile Drivability Analysis
• Installation Engineering for Subsea I/J - Tube
• Installation & Removal Engineering for Riser
• Installation Aids Design
• Bollard Pull Calculation for Tow
• Drag anchor design & installation analysis
• Subsea Structural Engineering
• Preparation of MTO for Material Procurement
• Pre-Bid Engineering Support for Jacket Installation
• Liaise with Field / Operation Engineers and other discipline engineers, drafting and admin staff to ensure efficient functioning of the dept.
• Stay abreast of latest developments in the offshore construction industry and apply latest techniques to enhance the expertise and capabilities within the dept
• Review clients technical documentation and requirements
• Prepare the design basis conforming to recommended specifications
• Perform / verify all calculations required to ensure safe and efficient transportation & installation of offshore associated structure.
• Review and act upon the comments of the Client / Certifying body
• Liaise with drafting to ensure issue of drawings as per the schedule and complying with design
• Contribute to software evaluation and development
• Assist the Manager for solving technical problems
• Software Skill SACS, GRLWEAP, MOSES
• Perform Analysis such as Lift, On-bottom Stability , Floatation Upending
• Working knowledge of Geotechnical Engineering like Bearing Capacity Calculation, SRD, Axial Pile Capacity
• Preparation of Installation Engineering Design Basis.
• Interface with Design team, fabrication team, Subcontractor and Client.
• Review IDC and vendor documents like Grout Seal, Diaphragm Closure, Pile Grippers, Levelling Tools
• Review/ Perform Miscellaneous calculation like Lifting Padeye, Trunnion, Buoyancy Tanks, Rigging Platform, Guides, Bumpers
• Review Pre-service analysis and Weight Control Report
• Worked on Float-over Topside and Launch Jacket
