Company Description TeXel Consulting Engineers Pvt Ltd is a Structural and Civil Engineering firm founded in 2011 and located in Jaipur. Our staff complement consists of 15 people, including 5 core members/designers, 3 associates, 5 technical staff and 2 administrative staff. We take pride in promoting a positive and lively work environment both in and outside the office. Our team has successfully completed over 300 projects to date. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Structural Engineer. The Structural Engineer will be expected to perform structural analysis and calculations, design and coordinate building structures, and use computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce detailed drawings. The role is primarily located in Jaipur, but some work from home is acceptable. Qualifications Structural Analysis, Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering skills Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software Experience in project coordination and management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field Experience in designing a variety of building types (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.) Experience in seismic resistant design and retrofit is preferred Familiarity with relevant design codes and standards
