- r
- Perform drafting assignments including creation of new or revised structural construction documents for residential housing projects, including roof framing, floor framing, foundation plans and construction detailsr
- Follow CAD standards based on the needs of the client / firmr
- Create roof framing, floor framing and foundation plansr
- Create custom construction details, as required per projectr
- Review and redline your own work prior to final review by supervisorr
- Perform various administrative tasks as required for a typical office environmentr
- r
- AutoCAD training program completionr
- A working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Architecture 2010 - 2017r
- Excellent communication skillsr
- Desire to be a team playerr
- Must be detail-orientedr
- Must be able to work independently, efficiently and meet deadlinesr
- Basic Microsoft office skillsr
- Must be able to pass drug and background screeningr
Education: CA (Chartered Accountant), CS (Company Secretary), ICWA, M.Arch. (Architecture), M.Com. (Commerce), M.Ed. (Education), M.Pharm. (Pharmacy), M.Phil. (Philosophy), M.Sc. (Science), MA (Arts), MBA/ PGDM, MCA/ PGDCA, MD/ MS (Medicine), ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), ML/ LLM (Law)r r r r r r r Any Graduate
