The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who can manage a project with oversight from proposal phase to construction administration. Responsibilities . Create structural plans, sections, callouts, and details for wood, concrete, steel, and masonry structures. Review and correction . Perform revisions to engineering drawings, as marked up, made by the Checkers and Leads. Candidate should know drawing modifications. . Review Shop drawings and complete rebar schedules. . Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data to ensure that they conform to design concepts. should know the Construction documentations . Provide detailed drawings of structural components and their connections to steel and other structural materials. . Generate the coordinated detail drawings/shop drawings/GFC drawings as per the standards. . Ensure that the final drawings adhere to the rules and standards of quality. Coordination and Documentation . Organize/maintain all revisions of project drawings, plot files, and project-related information in a logical & well-structured manner. Job Responsibilities . Complete drawings set up for small to large projects under Senior Engineer\'s / Manager\'s Guidance. . Read drawings, understanding the properties of steel, wood, concrete, and masonry constructions and welding concepts. . Extracting drawings from the models for documentation and presentation purposes. . Work with architectural and other engineering disciplines to coordinate the project. . Detailing knowledge of structural elements and Erection Plans. . Use AutoCAD and Revit at a proficient level to deliver tasks. . Create Revit families and update models according to the latest bulletin. . Understand and work with Design Drawings, 3D Model Drawings. . Meet Design Criteria and dimensional requirements on all work produced. . Use your understanding or knowledge of structural design calculations to perform tasks. . Preparing rebar schedules in Revit or AutoCAD. . Working knowledge of ACI/ASCE/AISC/ NISD codes & standards. . Comprehensive understanding and drafting/detailing knowledge of floor framing plans, sheathing, floor joists, beams, headers, posts, straps, drags, shear walls, foundation designs, foundation layout, and the distinction between elevated VS slab on grade, girder system, and pad, in accordance with the architectural plans. . Utilizing 3D modeling techniques to create accurate representations of structural components. . Print drawings and plans for documentation and distribution. . An in-depth knowledge of commonly used drafting concepts, practices, and procedures is expected. . Be able to guide designated teams to achieve the desired results. . Responsible for completing the projects within the target date with good service quality. Job Qualifications . Assoc. Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering . Minimum 3 year\'s experience in structural detailing. . Minimum 3 years of experience (not freelance) using Revit and AutoCAD. . Proficient in AutoCAD and REVIT . Proficient in BIM360/ACC. . Experience in steel/wood/concrete/masonry detailing. Wood training will be part of training course. . Basic understanding of Navisworks and clash detection. . Ability to work on a team and/or independently. . Ability to interpret advanced construction documents. . Ability to produce Construction Drawings . Structural design experience is an advantage for detailers
