Position: Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager Department: Strategy & Regulatory - Energy Sector Position: Full Time Permanent -01 Nos.

• Qualification: Must Have Completed M.E./M Tech [Power System Engineering/Power System Operation] or MBA in Power Management / Energy Management / Finance / Operation Research.
• Work Exp- Min 0-3 Yrs. Planning, Forecasting, Business Analysis within Power/Energy sectors/Renewable Energy Sector | ME /M. Tech Freshers with right fit are also welcomed
• CTC/Salary Bracket: up to 6.0 LPA + Comprehensive Benefits Package | Work Days: Monday to Friday \xe2\x80\x93 5 Days Week

Currently, we are actively seeking a talented and experienced Assistant / Deputy Manager-Strategy & Regulatory to join expert team at corporate office in Mumbai fostering efficient electricity trading nationwide. Position Overview: In this Strategy & Regulatory (S&R) Manager Role, you will be a driving force behind understanding and adapting to the dynamic policy & regulatory landscape of the Indian Electricity Sector. You will contribute to research, analyse to refine pricing mechanisms by interacting with major stakeholders, aligning strategies with market demands & collaborate cross-functional teams to develop new business opportunities, data analytics & launch innovative contracts on Power Exchange platform. Key Responsibilities - In this role of Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager your will be responsible for

• 1. Strategy & Regulatory Expertise: Stay up-to-date with policy and regulatory changes in the Indian Electricity Sector, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making.
• 2. In-Depth Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth Research and Analysis of price discovery mechanisms, order entry features, matching logic, and allocation logic to enhance the efficiency of our exchange platform.
• 3. Contract Innovation: Take a lead role in the ideation, development, and launch of innovative contracts such as Carbon market, Resource Adequacy, longer tenure contracts, and Renewable energy, catering to the evolving needs of the market.
• 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new lines of business, data analytics, and data management, contributing to the expansion and enhancement of our offerings by implanting/introducing new contracts / business lines of the company
• 5. Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with major stakeholders to gain insights into near-term growth perspectives & initiatives, aligning strategies with market demands through focused group meetings and/or one-to-one discussions with stakeholders
• 6. Enhance Offerings: Utilize research reports, policy documents, regulatory orders to enhance existing contracts or explore new business areas, positioning our exchange as a premier solution provider to meet market participants transaction requirement.
• 7. Collaboration with Market Operations& IT: Assist in development, testing and implementing new contracts and features in coordination with Market Operations and IT teams.
• 8. Quantitative Skills Development: Develop, sharpen quantitative skills to conduct simulation activities, ensuring accurate decision-making and forecasting, contributing to data-driven decisions.
• 9. Contract Repository: Maintain and update information on contracts available in matured Electricity Markets, ensuring our offerings remain accurate and up-to-date.
• 10. Presentations Skills: Engaging presentations for important meetings, effectively conveying complex concepts to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1. Educational Qualification: M.E./M Tech [Power System Engineering/Power System Operation] , BE Electrical Engineering Or MBA in Power Management / Energy Management / Finance / Operation Research.
• 2. Min 0-3 Yrs. Exp in Planning, Forecasting, Business Analysis in Power sector/Renewable Energy Sector/Energy Sector
• 3. Strong understanding of Strategy Regulatory, Power Market fundamentals with Curious mindset with a strategic perspective.
• 4. Excellent Spoken and Written communication skills. You should be comfortable to reaching out to and interviewing the company\xe2\x80\x99s management, employees, and customer base.
• 5. Advanced Excel proficiency with practical experience for financial, business, price forecasting models.
• 6. Experience within Power (Electricity) Purchase and Sale /Regulatory matters is advantageous.
