SPOC for internal coordination in S2030 implementation. Mining external Data points which would act as inputs in long term/short term decision making. Supporting EA for MIS from CEO\xe2\x80\x99s desk. Ensuring timely inputs to stakeholders on Market Data. Anchoring academia and Industry projects initiated by SMIT. Centralizing data management for SMIT. Improve engagement with internal stakeholder for MIU. Providing support for collating data for preparation of business case for investment decisions. Exploring innovative solutions to improve efficacy and efficiency of SMIT department. Skills and attributes required Good cross functional conceptual knowledge. Aware & hands on about strategy and marketing concepts. Good Listening and fast learning curve will be required. Ability to persevere and be comfortable with ambiguous goals. Good written and verbal communication. Good knowledge of excel and MS office and any upcoming tools. Multi-tasking ability. Candidate knowing Japanese language is a plus. Hired candidate would undergo training (as per plan approved by Strategy Head) at our plant facility, where they will closely interact and work with identified departments.
