Job Title Engagement Strategy Manager - Radiology and Oncology Summary The Engagement Strategy Manager- Radiology and Oncology drives superior customer value through translating Market strategy into audience centric Market marketing plan (how to win section) and ensure localization of key personas based on the market insights. The Engagement Strategy Manager is responsible for engagement strategy including localization of ecosystem and journey definition across all touchpoints. He/she defines the local campaign strategy per customer segment together with the business marketing managers to drive reputation, generate demand, create loyalty, and enable sales in the markets. You are responsible for Responsible for marketing planning, program discipline and program execution efforts in the market (medium markets) Facilitates the Market\'s annual planning processes, ensures coordination of the marketing plans. Supports the Head of Marketing to ensure ways of working and operations are efficient and measured, leveraging specific marketing performance data. Ensures that marketing measurement drives performance review of key functions and campaigns. Establishes objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments. Reviews objectives to determine success of marketing planning & operations. Provides guidance to the teams . Able to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing cooperation with peers within the market and global functions. Experience in integrated market planning and or program planning. Strong operational and execution focus, driven by customer intimacy. Problem Solving skills. Drives continuous improvement via Lean. Monitors that applicable Philips processes and best practices are leveraged and consistently implemented. Ensure adherence to established processes, policies and procedures. Escalates issues to reporting manager where appropriate. The level is determined by the size of the geographic area of responsibility and the size and significance of portfolio for which the incumbent is responsible. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience. University degree (master\'s degree), and 8+ years of experience in marketing. Experience in marketing technology, healthcare or medtech products or solutions. Strong project management and organization skills and ability to lead internal and external resources. Ability to lead through influence and to work effectively with senior executives. Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams located around the world. Certified LEAN Advanced.
