Job Description

Wazir Advisors is looking for a Strategy & Business Transformation Consultant to play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward in MEA region. We are looking for consultants with previous exposure to the MEA market and have worked/supported a client base in that region.

Location: Based in India (preferably Gurgaon) and working for Dubai office which is responsible for Middle East and Africa operations.

Experience and Educational Qualifications:

Minimum 3-4 years\' experience with a reputed consulting firm based in MEA or based in India focused on MEA markets

Master\'s Degree: A Master\'s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field, with specialization in strategic management, finance, or international business preferred

Bachelor\'s Degree: A bachelor\'s degree, preferably in engineering, finance, economics, or a related field

Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or industry-specific certifications will be preferred

Skills :

1. Strategic Vision: Demonstrate a strong ability to think strategically and envision the bigger picture. Craft comprehensive strategies that align with client objectives and market dynamics.

2. Market Assessment: Conduct thorough market assessments, including market sizing, segmentation, and competitive analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.

3. Data Analytics: Strong data analytics and interpretation skills. Utilize data-driven insights to shape strategies and transformation efforts.

4. Financial Acumen: Proficiency in basic financial analysis, including financial modeling, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis. Ability to assess the financial impact of strategic choices.

5. Presentation and Communication Skills: Strong communication and creative presentation skills including usage of digital marketing methodologies

6. Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and external partners to drive project success.

7. Cross-Cultural Competence: Given our diverse clientele and international focus, the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments is vital. Navigate cultural nuances and adapt strategies accordingly.

8. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Arabic, French, or other regional languages, is a plus and can facilitate effective communication in diverse markets.
