Responsibilities

Being an observer of policies, processes and unsaid norms across functions

Research and develop deeper essence of understanding upon the issues you observe

Prepare and implement frameworks to support long term sustainable processes.

Prepare and present pitches to the higher leadership and management team for systemic and impactful changes

Interact with various internal teams and facilitate communication through various means

Documentation of all the resources utilised and prepared

Instilling Project Management systems

Attending all necessary meetings and vocalising your thoughts and opinions.

Act as a bridge from the Management to the employees

Work with the Leadership team in different sets to work on multiple projects

Job requirements

Skills & Characteristics

Exemplary verbal, written and listening communication skills with fluency in business English

Excellent relationship management

Be patient, graceful, courteous and have a knack for people and humour

Good general understanding of software development

Proficiency with Project Management software such as Trello and JIRA is a plus

Expertise and experience in Google Suite including Google Sheets, Slides, Docs etc. and related products

Be highly organized with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment in a transparent and entrepreneurial culture

Ability to learn and apply new skills and processes quickly and train freshers to build a strong customer support team.

Be able to demonstrate outstanding business & culture analysis

Curiosity, energy, creativity, and bravery with a strong desire to help build the o2h culture

Ability to manage relationships with internal and external collaborators

Exceptional attention to detail, positivity, focus and a winning mentality allied with kindness
